"Better late than never..." Is what my daughter said to me today about my paperwork win this week. I was lamenting out loud that it had taken so much longer compared to what my lawyers said the paperwork would take in time. I can't shake the feeling that "healthcare" in the United States is really a death camp disguised as "help". Every day waiting on this sort of problem feels like ten, and the wait feels like one million years in time by the end. Yet out of the mouths of babes comes a bit of wisdom. Late is in fact better compared to never.

My government injury paperwork is complete today, and I won-I won-I won! The injury recovery paperwork is now active. I am not dying slowly, but the gossip about injury "attitude problem" speaks to me. It's good to get help, but the going into Hell before hand where you need help and they don't care for what feels like one million years is a real nightmare. I seriously had to be in searing nightmare pain for three years before I got help just now, and it has killed much of my faith in humanity. A victory works a bit to restore my hope.
