More on the new gym.

I got a new gym membership at the YMCA in Richmond. It is not as close as my old gym, but they have far better classes. I have home fitness equipment, but I missed the “going to the gym” experience. Also, they have Tia chi, chair yoga, and many other classes. Boredom can make it hard to stick to a fitness routine. My mom got a membership and I am part of the family membership. The kids have an indoor playground, and a year round heated swimming pool to use at the Y. This helps the situation with my old gym being jerks about money. I was getting sick of seeing New Year’s gym advertisements while NOT going to the gym.
