State of the Union and the U.S. deficit vs Tanks.

President Obama gave his annual State of the Union address February 12, 2013 session of the 113th Congress. Focus was on reducing the U.S. deficit and debt yet he would not do it at the expense of Social Security and Medicare. Can it be done in just a couple of years?
