Care packages and co payments.

I live in the sort of family that spends 200 dollars on care packages for my military relatives in the blink of an eye. However, if you ask them for fifteen bucks for a copayment at doctors for the sick relatives, they think they are "being a bum" and should get the money themselves. It is hard or impossible to do this if you are in fact sick, and have to cut back on work hours because of it. It can create many.... conflicts.... to say the least.

Even Obama's new healthcare package is NOTHING like the universal healthcare other western nations enjoy. Nations far more poor than the United States have this and no one seems to care. Even the reform was a bad cop-out.

I have been having screaming nightmare stomach pains and back pains that need follow up. An emergency room visit cost 2000 dollars a pop. Guess I'll just have to sit and wait some more on a problem that could be fixed.
